Guidelines for Abstracts |

The deadline to submit abstracts is Tuesday, April 20th, 2020. Please follow the guidelines below for submission.
- Max 500 words and 1 page including title, author(s), affiliation(s), and main body.
- Structure: Background, Methods, Results, and Conclusions (References and Funding)
- File format: single PDF file converted from the provided template (download below)
- Email us to submit your abstract at neurostimulation@unc.edu
- Additionally, please indicate whether you are applying for a breakout poster talk or travel award (see below).
- Abstracts will be accepted on a rolling basis.

Breakout Poster Talks |

We will be kicking off the conference with breakout poster talks! All attendees who will be presenting a poster at our conference are eligible to apply for a slot. These will be brief talks (~10-20 minutes, depending on the amount interest) in which speakers will get to present their work/poster in front of the conference audience. Talks will occur between 12 pm and 4 pm on May 12th, at the start of the conference. Please indicate if you are interested in this opportunity when you submit your abstract.
Travel Awards |

We are also offering travel awards for attendees. All trainees who will be presenting posters at the conference can apply for travel awards. You must attend the conference and present your poster to receive the travel award. We will be accepting applications until April 20th with awards announced on April 24th. Please download, fill out, and send the following document to our conference email address to apply: neurostimulation@unc.edu

Poster Session |

The poster session will be held on May 13th, 2020 (6:00 PM).
We will prepare easels for all abstracts and poster dimensions should be no more than 40" tall and 56" wide. A panel composed of speakers will judge posters; cash prizes will be awarded as follows:
